By accessing or using the GTSyncD application (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GTSyncD provides synchronization and management tools for user to-do lists by interfacing directly with the Google Tasks API.
3. User Accounts and Authorization
To use GTSyncD, you must authorize the application to access your Google Tasks data using your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. GTSyncD is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google accounts.
You retain the right to revoke GTSyncD’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security settings.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GTSyncD to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the Service.
- Exceed rate limits or systematically scrape data provided by the Service.
5. Privacy and Data Usage
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle your Google API data in strict compliance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. GTSyncD makes no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the synchronization services. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTSyncD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or productivity, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service, or any errors in data synchronization.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
